Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Product Checking Upon Delivery
Customers must check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Please verify:
- Product condition
- Print quality
- Stitching quality
- Correct item received
before accepting the delivery.
Faulty Product Exchange
If any manufacturing fault is identified in front of the delivery agent, including:
- stitching defects
- damaged print
- incorrect product
the product will be exchanged without any additional exchange fee.
Return at the Time of Delivery
If the customer decides to return the product immediately while the delivery agent is present:
- only the delivery charge must be paid
- the product price will not be charged
Size Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds, discounts, or compensation for sizing issues.
Customers are advised to review the size chart carefully before ordering.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size:
- the customer must pay the delivery charge again for the exchanged item
