SECTION 5 — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Product Inspection During Delivery
Customers must check products in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
No return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted once the delivery agent leaves.
Please check:
- print quality
- stitching
- product condition
- correct item received
before accepting delivery.
Faulty Product Exchange
If a manufacturing defect is identified in front of the delivery agent, including:
- stitching defects
- damaged print
- wrong item received
the product will be exchanged without any additional exchange fee.
Immediate Return During Delivery
If the customer chooses to return the product immediately while the delivery agent is present:
- only the delivery charge must be paid
- the product price will not be charged
Size Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds, discounts, or compensation for sizing issues.
Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart before ordering.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for another size:
- the customer must pay the delivery charge again for the exchanged delivery.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and social media pages, including:
- logos
- designs
- product photos
- videos
- graphics
- branding
- text
belongs to YABDA. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
